A large number of live electronic music concerts and Dj sessions by national and international Djs will make up the Bowers & Wilkins Sound System programme that for the second consecutive year will be part of the musical event in the Parc del Fòrum from Thursday 28th to Saturday 30th May in the framework of Primavera Sound.

Thanks to the loudspeaker and audio innovators Bowers & Wilkins, the site will have a colossal equipment that will bring true studio quality sound to the live festival experience. A 135,000 watt, 4 way active speaker system which will deliver amazingly dynamic, detailed sound and will allow the audience to hear music with all of its life and detail intact. Red Bull Music Academy will also participate in the artistic programme on the nights of Friday 29th and Saturday 30th, on this second night it will be in collaboration with the label Hivern Discs and its artists.

The first night will be backed by the prestigious electronic music web Resident Advisor, who will occupy the marquee with heavy weights from the contemporary electronic dance scene: the Dj and producer Maceo Plex, who lives in Spain, renowned for his releases on labels such as Kompact and on his own label Ellum, joined by Tale of Us, the Italian duo that has made a name for itself worldwide with its eclectic fusion of styles. They will be accompanied by Roman Flügel, a legend on the German scene, the project Tuff City Kids from Gerd Janson and Lauer, neo disco from British DJ Rory Phillips and one of the best DJs from our country, the versatile Chelis from Zaragoza.

On the Friday, with the collaboration of Red Bull Music Academy, there will be a session by one of the figures of the moment, Dixon from Germany, founder of the Innervisions label and a bastion of contemporary house. Although the rest of the night will mostly be dominated by dark, experimental sounds with two live acts from Spain that really put national electronic music on the map: Sunny Graves and Exoteric Continent. Along the same line there will be concerts by Minimal Wave Veronica Vasicka, the British duo Raime, dark techno from Objekt and the Barcelona artist bRUNA.

C.P.I., the project by Marc Piñol and Hugo Capablanca, the Tel Aviv duo Red Axes, a special appearance by Caribou under his Daphni alias, Christian S from the Cómeme label and a live show by JMII will be there on Saturday, a night reserved for Hivern, the Barcelona label that everybody is talking about thanks to a roster of key names on the most contemporary dance music scene.
