The tickets are on sale on Primavera Sound Portal, Ticketmaster and Festicket. They can also be bought on the Facebook page of Primavera Sound and at La Botiga del Primavera Sound (Ases 1, Barcelona)
The festival organization does not guarantee the authenticity of any ticket which has not be bought at official points of sale.
The festival organisation does not accept responsibility for the loss or theft of tickets. The ticket must be looked after until the day of the event as if it were cash. The holder of the ticket or the person whose name the ticket is in, accepts all responsibility if a photocopied or forged duplicate of the ticket is presented, and therefore loses all the rights provided by the ticket to attend the event in question. Only the first ticket presented and validated by its code will be valid. Any other ticket with the same code presented later will be invalid. Resale of tickets is forbidden.
IMPORTANT: The barcode allows access to the site one time only. It is your responsibility to look after it and to avoid any copies being made of it. Do not publish it on social networks, do not print it in unsafe places and keep it away from third parties.
You will be able to get the tickets on the day of each concert at the ticket offices outside the Parc del Fòrum from 3pm, at the price of 2€ per ticket and two tickets per person for each concert. These tickets are required to access the venue (only for some concerts) and guarantee an unnumbered seat.
Should all the tickets not be sold, the remaining seats will be made available to the general public.
As for the rest of the programme of this venue, access is open to everybody until full capacity is reached.
You can get into the pre-festival concerts by showing your full Primavera Sound ticket (in which case you get in for free). It is not possible to buy tickets for the opening or closing parties.
The opening day and the Primavera als Bars, Primavera als Barris, Primavera al Raval (at the CCCB) and Primavera a La Botiga programmes are all free. It is not necessary to have a full festival ticket to attend.
You will not be allowed in with professional cameras (reflex) or with video cameras, except in the cases where you have been authorized by the organization of the festival.
Yes, there is a fleet of a shuttle buses to Plaza Catalunya every 10 minutes at the price of 2€ per ticket.
Yes, inside the venue, next to the main entrance and it has an extra cost.
You can take in food but no drink (except bottles of water with no top). No food or drink is allowed into the Auditori and smoking is not permitted there either.
No, if you are a smoker remember to buy cigarettes beforehand, so that you don’t run out, as for legal reasons the sale of cigarettes is not permitted in Parc del Fòrum.
No, there are only two possibilities: To buy the full festival ticket which allows you access to the site for the three days of the event (as well as free entrance to the pre and post festival concerts) or to buy a day ticket for one of the three days of the festival.
Once the ticket has been bought, it will only be changed or refunded in the case of cancellation. You can exercise the right of refusal during 14 calendar days following the purchase provided you bought the tickets a minimum of 14 calendar days before the event (for online ticket sales only). Change of name and refunds are not accepted except on the cases specified at tickets general conditions.
The event will only be considered to have been cancelled if more than fifty per cent of the concerts are cancelled. In that case, the purchaser can apply for a refund in a period no longer than 30 days from the date of the public announcement of the cancellation, in the form specified by the Organization. With regards to the paid day tickets or full festival tickets, the event will only be considered as cancelled if more than FIFTY PER CENT OF THE PROGRAMME itself is cancelled. Any cancellation will be on account of the impossibility for the artist or artists contracted by the festival to honour their contract.
The organisation reserves the right to alter or modify the programme should an artist be unable to perform at the festival for reasons beyond the control of the festival. The festival will look for a replacement.
Bad weather, natural disasters, Spanish airspace closure or any other force majeure will not lead to ticket refunds.

The information stand is also used as a lost property stand. At the end of each day, all the objects which have been handed in are taken to the production offices and the next day they are taken back to the information stand where they can be reclaimed.
When the festival is over all the lost property is taken to the Primavera Sound offices. If you have lost something and you have not reclaimed it during the festival you can get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org
The buying of drinks within the festival site is done using cash and debit or credit card. It is not possible to buy tickets in advance.
There are different food stalls on the festival site, food can be bought using cash and not tickets.
Primavera Sound Barcelona: children of 14 and under can enter the Festival free of charge as long as they are accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The under 15s can enter the Festival by buying a ticket and must also be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians. The legal guardians must have the papers that identify them as such. People of 16 and 17, who have bought their tickets are considered by the festival organization as adults and do not have to be accompanied. In some of the pre and post festival concerts scheduled in concert halls, the minimum age is 18 years.
During their time at the festival, parents or legal guardians will be responsible for any action carried out by the minor. For this reason it is necessary to present the following papers at the entrance to the site: ID card / Family book / Passport or legal document that accredits their family / guardian relationship or their responsibility for the minor.
The parents or legal guardians will have to sign a document at the entrance to the venue assuming all responsibility of the minor whilst on the site. As well as the appropriate papers, the parents or guardians will have to have a valid ticket for the festival. You must accompany the minor off the site, they are not permitted to stay on the site unaccompanied.
At all times parents or legal guardians and the minor will have to carry their ID card / Passport, in case it is required by the personnel of the organization as proof of identity. Foreign nationals will have to provide the corresponding and equivalent documentation from their country of origin. Both the authorization of attendance and the certificate of responsibility may be collected and completed at the entrance of the site.
The Organization informs that the legislation in force expressly prohibits the sale of alcohol to minors, for this reason every minor will be identified by a bracelet with which they will not be able to buy alcohol. The minors will have to carry their ID and have this wristband visible at all times.
The lack of compliance with the above requirements, will be cause for expulsion from the venue and will be entitled to any refund of money paid for the ticket of the minor.
On the festival site you will find medical services where first aid care will be available. You can also talk to any member of the Primavera Sound staff and they will get a medical service team to you.
You can get the concert timetables on the festival website and mobile app they are also in the hand programme which you will be given on the venue. If there are any changes they will be announced on the website, social media, mobile app and the festival information desks.
We recommend that you visit the festival website www.primaverasound.com and our social networks often and that you subscribe to the Primavera Sound mailing to get updated information.
There will be different rubbish bins all around the Parc del Fòrum site in order to selectively collect the rubbish as well as wheelie bins for light packaging. The different recycling points are clearly indicated in the hand programme.
There are areas of public toilets distributed all over the festival site (also for disabled people). These are clearly indicated on the map of the festival site, which is inside the hand programme.
Comfortable footwear, a hat, baseball cap or something similar to protect yourself from the sun, a jacket or jumper for the nights, ear plugs (if you need them) and a raincoat in case of rain.
You can find information about the parallel programme on the festival website and mobile app, in the newsletters which we send periodically or in the advertisements which we publish in the specialized press. The pre-festival programme which takes place in the venues of the Apolo, La  de Apolo and BARTS is free with the Primavera Sound Barcelona full festival ticket, as is the after festival party which takes place in the Apolo.
The opening day on Wednesday at the Parc del Fòrum and the Primavera als Bars, Primavera als Barris, Primavera al Raval (at the CCCB) and Primavera a La Botiga programmes are all free. It is not necessary to have a full festival ticket to attend.
At the Rough Trade stand located in the record fair you will find merchandise of the artists participating in the festival at this edition and official Primavera Sound articles such as the classical festival book.
If you have any serious problem you can talk to anyone from the festival organisation, they will do everything within their power to help you. You will also be able to find security staff all around the festival site.
Yes, if you leave before 3am you must validate your card to be able to get back into the festival on the same day. After this time you will not be allowed back in.
No animals are allowed on the site, apart from guide dogs.
You will be able to get a hand programme and a map of the site at different stands of the Parc del Fòrum during the festival. Also before the festival starts a PDF format of the Primavera Sound hand programme is posted on our website.
Disabled people and people with special needs have an exclusive speedy access to the site, at which they will be given an extra wristband corresponding to the same type as the ticket they bought (full festival or day ticket) and that allows them to gain access to the viewing platforms exclusively reserved for them with their personal assistant. There is one of these viewing platforms for each stage, located next to the sound tower, opposite the stage, in order to guarantee the best possible visibility and comfort during the concerts. For security reasons, only one personal assistant per person can access these viewing platforms (whenever the capacity of the platform allows it).
In the case of the Auditori disabled people and people with special needs have a reserved and adapted area and they can use a lift to access this venue if necessary.
As regards toilets, the festival has wheel chair accessible toilets, in the general area of the site as well as in the areas adapted and reserved for disabled people and people with special needs which are located next to the different stages.
